Apache Pizza was born from a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of Italy to the vibrant streets of Dublin. Founded in 1995 by the Rossi family, who emigrated from Naples with recipes passed down through generations, our restaurant has become a cornerstone of Dublin's Temple Bar district.

What started as a small family pizzeria has grown into one of Dublin's most beloved dining destinations, yet we've never forgotten our roots. Every pizza is still hand-stretched using traditional techniques, every sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes, and every ingredient is carefully selected to honor the authentic Italian tradition.

The Beginning

The Rossi family opens the first Apache Pizza location in Temple Bar with just six tables and a wood-fired oven imported from Naples.

2001
