How do I place an order online?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our menu, select your favorite pizzas and sides, customize your order, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for faster ordering or checkout as a guest. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling our restaurant directly at +353 1 671 9266. After 5 minutes, we begin preparing your food and modifications may not be possible. For the best experience, please double-check your order before confirming payment.
What's the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is €15 for delivery orders. There is no minimum order requirement for pickup orders. This helps us maintain our delivery service quality while keeping costs reasonable for our customers.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Dublin city center and surrounding areas within a 10km radius of our Temple Bar location. This includes areas like:
- Dublin 1, 2, 4, 6, 8
- Rathmines, Ranelagh, Ballsbridge
- Smithfield, Phibsborough
- Harold's Cross, Terenure

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes, depending on your location and current order volume. During peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings), delivery may take up to 60 minutes. You'll receive real-time updates about your order status via SMS and email.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we charge a delivery fee of €2.50 for most areas within Dublin. For orders over €30, delivery is free! Some outer areas may have a slightly higher delivery charge, which will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Do you offer vegan and vegetarian options?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated range of vegetarian and vegan pizzas. Our vegan options include plant-based cheese and a variety of fresh vegetables. We also offer gluten-free bases for customers with dietary requirements. All allergen information is available on our menu.
Can I customize my pizza toppings?
Yes! You can fully customize any pizza by adding or removing toppings. We offer over 20 different toppings including premium options like prosciutto, truffle oil, and buffalo mozzarella. Additional toppings are charged per item, and you can see the updated price as you customize.
What sizes do your pizzas come in?
We offer three pizza sizes:
- Regular (10") - Perfect for 1-2 people
- Large (12") - Great for 2-3 people
- Family (16") - Ideal for 3-4 people or sharing
All our pizzas are made with fresh, hand-stretched dough and authentic Italian ingredients.
